Learning About You and Your Goals

The process starts with an online questionnaire that focuses on getting to know you, including questions about your personal preferences, schedule, and more! Once this is complete, an initial assessment will be scheduled with your Fitness Coach to go over the details provided in the questionnaire, as well answer any questions you may have.

Building Your Plan

After the initial assessment is complete, your Fitness Coach will design your training and nutrition plan. We believe that being healthy is a lifestyle, which is why we create plans that are sustainable and easy to follow. Once the plans are competed, they will be sent to you via email, and you will begin your fitness journey!

Keeping You Checked In

To ensure you are staying on track, we have weekly check-ins via email to get a sense of how well you are doing. On a monthly basis, you and your coach will set up an assessment to look at your progress for the month, and reassess your current nutrition plan to see if any changes need to be made. After the assessment, your coach will send you a new training and nutrition plan for the next phase!
